Horrible customer service, they don't have the sense of first come first serve and help whoever they please. I was there for like 30 minutes and people who came way after me got helped first and I was ignored the whole time. It was only after I raised my voice the guy helped me, but he had this mad attitude. Hope I dont have to ho here again.
If I could give zero stars I would. I need to send something with a return envelope inserted. They only do return envelopes online. That’s fine. I need to mail a couple pages to get stamped and returned to me. The guy at the store would NOT help me. I didn’t know the weight or any of the things I needed to be able to do it online. He merely said “you need to do it online and get a QR code and come back” and wouldn’t answer any questions. It’s always helpful to read both good and not-so-good reviews, and I’m happy to add a truly positive one. I’ve had consistently great service at this FedEx location over the years, but today was exceptional. Horrendous a good chunk of the staff is useless enough that you dont wanna roll the dice with standing jn line and they make up rules to their convenience despite a million other fedex’s operating under a certain basic set of rule that they refuse to follow. People having powertrips over tape and things that are free to use for fedex business customers.
