So far staff has been kind and helpful.
No stars.....BAD service. Horrific experience. The manager was a creepy rude guy who really had NO social skills. The staff was uninformed and didn't know the machines, nor were they familiar with the products, paper or card stock they carried.
If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Rude staff seems to not know how to operate their own equipment. Doesn't answer phone. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else.
So many things offered and accomplished here. The customer service is very helpful. I have faxed, copied, made copies of photos, shipped and custom ordered all with ease.
