There were two staff members in there today who were both very rude. When I had one envelope to scan she huffed because I wanted it done right away to go in the system for my clients to see tbe tracking. And then the other staff which may have been the manager stated oh well they don't show up in the system for an hour anyhow.... which was completely inaccurate. When I showed him my tracking info right after I received my receipt, he just basically just walked off with attitude. Very rude staff.
I primarily use the self service copy machines. They’re really easy to use with a credit card.
Store is absolutely terrible. Worse fedex experience. Printers had issues and was forced to pay extra for each additional print on the new machine. Also the email printandgo does not work even after 10 mins. Ended up using Dropbox to retrieve the files
The most friendly and professional staff ever! FedEx must be proud of these guys! The best branch!!!
