There were two staff members in there today who were both very rude. When I had one scan she huffed because I wanted it done right away to go in the system for my clients to see. And then the other staff which may have been the manager stated oh well they don't show up in the system for an hour anyhow.... which was completely inaccurate. When I showed him my tracking info right after I received receipt, he just basically just walked off with attitude. Very rude staff.
I work for a manufacturing business close to this FedEx location and stop by a few times a week to ship both domestic and international packages. FedEx Is Costing Me Time, Money, and Patience – UPS Never Did This I’m a business account holder FedEx talked away from UPS with promises of better rates, better service, and an easier shipping process. The rates are lower – but that’s where the benefits stop. Tried to drop off a large package that was already received from FedEx shipment that I was returning due to damaged goods inside. The girl would not allow me leave it. Called back and asked the same girl if I could give it directly to the driver and she refused. Item met criteria on FedEx website. Took to another location and was not an issue.
