Tried to drop off a large package that was already received from FedEx shipment that I was returning due to damaged goods inside. The girl would not allow me leave it. Called back and asked the same girl if I could give it directly to the driver and she refused. Item met criteria on FedEx website. Took to another location and was not an issue.
Toni was absolutely amazing! I have never had such helpful service at any other FedEx location. She was friendly, kind, patient and a real problem solver! I was in a time crunch to get important documents printed and she made it happen for me. I know it sounds like such a small thing, but when you’re having a stressful day and need to get things done, a superbly knowledgeable and helpful employee goes such a long way. Thank you again Toni!
Be cautious of the location. My calibrated scale weighed my item at 2 lbs 11 oz. I received an adjustment weight correction fee stating the item is 3 lbs. Not sure if this was racially motivated because of other things i notice when doing business with this location. I will no longer use this carrier. My lawyer will also contact corporate to address other concerns.
Manager is rude and staff is clueless to how to do there job
