Just a miserable worker, who showed no empathy, even though one of their printers were temporary out of service. She told me that she will charge me extra if I was gonna print with her and then I would have to wait 10 minutes for her to print something for me. What kind of attitude is this? Please do better and be kind geez.
Cashier interactions are weak
There were two staff members in there today who were both very rude. When I had one scan she huffed because I wanted it done right away to go in the system for my clients to see. And then the other staff which may have been the manager stated oh well they don't show up in the system for an hour anyhow.... which was completely inaccurate. When I showed him my tracking info right after I received receipt, he just basically just walked off with attitude. Very rude staff.
I work for a manufacturing business close to this FedEx location and stop by a few times a week to ship both domestic and international packages. Kacie and Thomas always go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled with care and accuracy. Their customer service is consistently outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive.
