Tried to pick up a package that I had shipped here from IKEA, didn’t realize I needed a photo ID and got a mouthful of pure disdain from the employee working. I had my tracking numbers and he was going to let me have the box but threatened to “make a note of it so I couldn’t do it again”. I didn’t take the package because the vibes were so bad. Next time I’ll just ship to my house. Thought i was being more eco friendly. Sorry Earth!
The staff at this store are so friendly, kind, and helpful. Every time I go in here, they take the time to ensure my needs are met, including going above and beyond on many occasions.
Doesn’t answer phone. You get sent to global phone service which is no help.
Ive been here on 2 separate occasions. There a gentleman by the name of Miguel who has no desire to be there and help customers. He looks mad and un approachable. I needed to make copies and asked if i could pay with apple pay and he said yes but you must enter your cc for deposit. I did so. Not knowing how to use copy machine (they all work different) it charged my card and i didn't even get an accurate print. Due to his unprofessionalism i refused to ask for help and just left. And will not be returning.
I waited there for 15 minutes just to buy a simple ream of paper but nobody would help me so I just walked out. They've got all these sale signs trying to sell the paper but nobody to ring you up
