The young lady with the piercings went above and beyond! I was looking to get a couple of photos printed on nicer paper and she took the time to show me the different options and even helped me choose which paper to use for my project. She was kind, professional, and made the experience a lot easier for me.I noticed that the work environment was professional while maintaining a fun pace. I had been going to the Capitola location before but will be making this my new stop. Good job!

Hi There. I have a feeling more and more customers will have similar complaints Carlos is rude and dismissive misquoted me on my order. I can't believe the old manager was replaced by THAT guy! Would not honor any discount on misquoted order. What a clown. Does not understand customers. Also, who decided to put him in this position? Unbelievable! Will not return until better manager in place. Going to see Los Gatos location from now on as Capitola and Santa Cruz locations are total jokes.

Monica was very helpful and patient. She helped me create a custom kids’ book for my nephew and guided me through the proper sizing and technical details. Long hair guy, while kind, is absolutely clueless. The solution to the printer credit issue isn’t “yeah, it isn’t working.” If you had the skillset required for the job you’d work through other possible alternatives and ensure that the printer is fixed long-term.
