Don't schlep your prelabeled ready-to-send packages to this location anywhere near closing time and expect them to help you. Apparently "6:00" means "whenever they feel like it."
They say they close at 7 got there at 6:45 and they said all the computers were shut down and they couldn’t help us
Most of my experiences here have been fine. Unremarkable. Yeah, they open a few minutes late sometimes, but the world is burning so who cares. Once a guy behind the counter had to help me mail a package but it was supposed to be his break or something, and he slowly dragged himself over and said loudly, "maaaan I hate helping people" and honestly I felt that. 5 stars.
Store closed 30 mins earlier and posted store hours. There was a line of 5 people and an employee inside refusing to assist customers.
I just left out of this location and the guy working closing shift is extremely unprofessional no reason you should be complaining and cursing at customers because you have to close the store and your kid has a soccer game the location doesn’t close till 6pm he’s locking doors at 5:30 I will be back to make my complain heard sense item that needed to be shipped is “bullshit” per is verbiage
