I called yesterday and they told me they have 28x28x28 boxes. Came in today and they say they don't even carry them. The workers are lying to mess with me. Charles got very frustrated.
Rob and Perla both did an amazing job. I went in with a birthday card made with the canva app. It wasn't printing correctly. But together they figured out how to get the print working. They really showed great customer service as well as technical skills. That's kind of rare these days. I was very impressed. And I'm very excited to give my wife her homemade birthday card.
Butchered my print job and unwilling to do it correctly. Service is way worse than it used to be.
The people who work here have neen very helpful
Staff are incredibly unhelpful and force you to figure out shipping procedures yourself. Asking them questions feels like you are inconveniencing their day.
