I just left out of this location and the guy working closing shift is extremely unprofessional no reason you should be complaining and cursing at customers because you have to close the store and your kid has a soccer game the location doesn’t close till 6pm he’s locking doors at 5:30 I will be back to make my complain heard sense item that needed to be shipped is “bullshit” per is verbiage
I called yesterday and they told me they have 28x28x28 boxes. Came in today and they say they don't even carry them. The workers are lying to mess with me. Charles got very frustrated.
Rob and Perla both did an amazing job. I went in with a birthday card made with the canva app. It wasn't printing correctly. But together they figured out how to get the print working. They really showed great customer service as well as technical skills. That's kind of rare these days. I was very impressed. And I'm very excited to give my wife her homemade birthday card.
Butchered my print job and unwilling to do it correctly. Service is way worse than it used to be.
