HUGE shout out to Juan and the young lady who worked a couple days ago to help me with a last minute project and Juan for being a complete GEM and assisting me with a non fedex related issue with someone following me in the store and being creepy. Juan and the girl stepped in to make sure I was safe. Got my project done and closed in a timely manner! You guys were great
Had an exceedingly helpful, professional, and friendly experience with shipping my boxes and office chair while moving away. Kennith was extremely helpful, and optimizing the packing of my chair to reduce cost and dimensions! There was also a toolbox so that we could further disassemble and cram. Shipping my other boxes was also quick and easy. Staff went above and beyond to make our shipping experience pleasant.
I had the most amazing experience working with Jorge at this location. I had to do a big cross country move from Berkeley to Chicago and Jorge made this so easy for me. It was a pretty big shipment and I had to do the move mostly on my own because my cousin is pregnant and could only help me transport a box at a time to the location from my unit.
