The people working today were really kind and friendly. Very helpful. I came from staples on Tustin. Near zitos. They were being rude and told me to take my business to FedEx. Which I did. I just needed to make some copies of some documents. I’m glad they told me to go someplace else. Now I have a place to go to In the coming future. I’ll just conduct my business with FedEx moving forward. I just wish I knew the persons name who helped me. I would’ve love to give them recognition
Came into fax and needed a lot of help. Sorbani (I hope I am spelling this correctly) was absolutely stellar! She was so professional and patient and made this task extremely easy. Made my day much better! Seriously thank you Sorbani she deserves a raise for her professionalism and willingness to help others.
Blonde older lady gives unwarranted rude attitude to customers and is also rude to her follow employees. I feel bad for them. Management needs to step in. I use FedEx every single day, but I won’t be coming to this location anymore.
No help in printing docs.
