This place is utterly and completely rude. There is no customer service. I came in with the box, didn’t have enough paper in it, even though it was a box within a box they would not ship it and then he said because I ran out to the car to get more paper to stuff, the box he said I was rude. Well what happened to customer service what happened to the customers always right? don’t ever use FedEx. This is not the first time this place has been rude. Will I ever go back to that store again and I will call corporate
I have had great service here with good employees, not the happiest with some of the pricing on blue print copies. But, they are still good.
AWFUL. Why you might ask? Well I came in with my friend to get resume paper, and an older man working I believe his name is Rob, today showed the resume paper, and then proceeded to say ‘while you ladies are talking, I’ll get to doing some real things’ like genuinely acted misogynistic throughout and it sounded condescending and degrading, because we had already finished and where saying what paper we were going to get, a kind man once he was done with another customer ended up helping us, bless his heart but the older one? ... read more
Had a great experience with Adam who helped me out with business card files, because the Fedex website is not optimal for them at the moment. Got my stuff printed super fast and closely communicated.
