The employees at this FedEx location are amazingly helpful. I would have given a 5 star rating if I was allowed to place my shred items into the bin myself in order to ensure my privacy. I'm not clear on if they were just really being helpful, or if it's the policy and procedure. If I have to have a human touch all my shred material, to me, my privacy is lost. Reached out to Staples and they allow you to place your shred items into the bin yourself so I'll need to go there.
I have had great service here with good employees, not the happiest with some of the pricing on blue print copies. But, they are still good. They are very quick to respond and get all of my items done one time or ahead of time whey they promise them. Update, they still continue to be very helpful and get things done on time for me.

This place is utterly and completely rude. There is no customer service. I came in with the box, didn’t have enough paper in it, even though it was a box within a box they would not ship it and then he said because I ran out to the car to get more paper to stuff, the box he said I was rude. Well what happened to customer service what happened to the customers always right? don’t ever use FedEx. This is not the first time this place has been rude. Will I ever go back to that store again and I will call corporate
