Helpful Service – I went in about 1 montgh ago for some copies. I forgot to get a receipt which I need for my records. I called and even though they did not have to, the person who I told about my dilemma offered to help assist anyways. this customer service went above and beyond, and when i am in the store they are always very helpful as well.

The worst customer service ever!!! – Not only staffs are unfriendly, they are ignorant and unreliable. They say one thing and changes their mind. They first gave me a quote of $90 for my print on the phone and when I got there 3 in the morning to get my prints done, they said I have to pay $216. I called the location twice to confirm the price and time but they just completely denied when I got there. I wasted too much time and then never received any help. Disappointed – First they dirtied my orginals. After I brought a new one, they misplaced it and I had to call and remind them about my order. Some of the employeess are on top of it and some don't know what they are doing. Communication gets lost in between people and shifts.

Incompetent unfriendly inadequate staff! – I wasted too much time waiting on lines and then not receiving any help. After 1 hour I finally walked out. I will never use this location again due to incompetent, unfriendly, non attentive staff. No customer service. In my opinion, the only reason they stay in business is due to their location.

Copies not a problem – This place is favorable to one's needs it has access to many copy machines and you can send or receive faxes they also have access to making copies of your favorite pictures and if you need copies of your blue prints this is the place , you want quality on your homework, resume or even personal paper work go here and you will see the difference.
