I had a yes or no question. They put me on hold for 30min. I called back. They’d answer and say “please hold.” And put me on hold.
This location is horrible. My first bad experience was sending a 2 Day envelope, which took almost a month to arrive. Most recently, I sent a box of my own things back to Dallas, so I wouldn't have to drag luggage. They put my label on another box and their label on mine. The boxes were not even close in size. Customer service (which is in the Philippines) was hopeless. Three calls produced nothing. I filled out the forms for the contents and value with some photos and Fedex did nothing.
