I sell items internationally on eBay, and shipping addresses must be an exact match to the invoice to protect against claims of non-delivery. This location is incredibly inconsistent with handling this. I provided a printed invoice with the address highlighted, and it was still incorrectly entered two times. The staff seems aloof and unaffected by the repeated errors. Horrible customer service. The lady with the red hair is extremely rude and dismissive. I needed help printing and she wouldn't help me. Never again will I go back to this FedEx because of her and this isn't the first time she's been rude for no reason.
Bad customer service, Called about business cards, the first person I spoke to didn’t really sound like she knew what she was talking about then she put me on hold & I spoke with Laura, I got some of the information I needed but she hung up on me after saying she’ll give me a price for the business cards. Which for me really wasn’t an issue because I’ve gotten business cards from them and I know the price, but as a worker they should’ve completed their call.
Had to return some clothing i bought from a website, the lady at the desk helped me with everything I needed! I'm definitely coming back if I ever need to return something again!
Only one person working. Recommend to staff appropriately for busier mornings.
