Had to return some clothing i bought from a website, the lady at the desk helped me with everything I needed! I'm definitely coming back if I ever need to return something again!
Only one person working. Recommend to staff appropriately for busier mornings.
This FedEx site is convenient, and parking is never an issue; however, customer service is inferior. I generally use this location for my work drop-offs. Just a simple acknowledgment or a hi seems complicated for staff members.
The guy whom helped me was very very nice I emailed him the wrong lable so he did it for me from my phone which was ver nice of him. Big location lots of shipping items almost any and everything you might need
Staff was very kind to me as I ran in 10 minutes before close trying to print tax documents the night before they’re due Thx Fed Ex Office (Kinkos😃)
