One of their workers stole my package and won’t pick up the phone when asking for a human representative. Thanks for stealing a $20 pair of used shoes hope it was worth it
This location has also upgraded to the new self-service printers. I'm not a fan of the new printers as for full-color print jobs on labels or thicker paper, the color is off and quality is poor.
4/23/25 Update: Had a few deliveries since my last update. So far so good. Last delivery driver still clearly irritated (don't know if it's the same guy, but still obviously aggravated). Aside from a slight attitude, buzzer was rang, and package was delivered. Drivers aren't hired to make friends, so I don't mind the Tude, as long as an accurate attempt has been made, we're square for now. Drivers would rather go home early than do their jobs. I've been home the last three days waiting on a birthday gift to be delivered. Three times they said they tried to deliver. Three times they lied. First it was just a door tag (claiming nobody answered), no buzzer (which is not broken), the second time they put a door tag on the other door and claimed the sender wrote the wrong apartment number (seriously?!).
