It’s 30 mins past when store should be open and no one is here. Picking up a print order and my project is now compromised because of their negligence.
I received outstanding service from Theo. Very courteous and professional even though he was extremely busy. The Fedex in Pinole on Fitzgerald Street is my store of choice now. Fedex you need more employees like Theo. :)

Someone stole my iphone from this Fedex location. I dropped off the phone for an upgrade to Apple and it was never received. NEVER ship from here they are crooks.
