I could not have ask for better service that I received from Ceyanna at your 7475 SW Frwy Houston Texas location. In spite of how busy she was she was so kind and patient in assisting me with my printing request. She was so professional in teaching me the steps needed in using the printer. Stupid people working here. Trying to charge you as much as they can and won't help you at all. Guy name Mark He had the tape but he said since im not buying their expensive box i brought mine so he won't give me tape so i can use it for a realy tiny box.
Visited Fedex location at Fondern to mail a package and print some personal documents, the staff was very friendly, especially Mr. Khalid's customer service was outstanding. He was very polite and showed exterme patience with me.
