I work around the street from this FedEx Office store and needed assistance with binding some proposal documents that were to be delivered the following day. Dakota did an awesome job in providing coil binders for my documents. In addition, he was able to download PDF copies of the documents that I emailed onto a flash drive. FedEx saved the day at the 11th hour.
Printing services are great if you use their online portal. Staff is punctual and always has everything printed on time and ready for pickup. The manager is friendly, has a calm demeanor and helps save time. Consistent and reliable for printing needs.

My package was mis delivered and the delivered location marked at their end is the same fedex address. Even though they are not at all helpful and taking rude..
Terrible customer service. Employee failed to tell me if I use the computer and it times out I lose all my info. I even saved it to the desktop. Spent $10 and didn't even get to print my resumes what a rip off. He could of at least refunded me some of my money.
