What A NIGHTMARE. All I wanted to do was ship something with a return label... None of your systems were working so you stuck me on a computer to do it myself, and that wasn't working either, so I tried doing it on my phone, and THAT didn't work either.... Now it's a **** hour later, and I'm at UPS getting it DONE. I will never attempt to just FedEx for anything ever again.
