An older African American woman at this FEDEX store is usually unpleasant and unfriendly. I try to avoid her whenever I go to the store because of her standoffish and condescending behavior. Today, 6/8/2021 at about 4 pm, she and a younger woman attended to me. They refused to listen to my requests, talked over me, and made mistakes with printing my documents.
