This has got to be the worst location I have ever been to! Neither of their printer/copiers are connected to the internet so you can't bring up something to print from a Cloud drive (as they advertise you can). Then you try and ask the employee something and have to wait 15 minutes because there is only one person working and another sitting in the back. Worse fed ex EVER !!!! The girl was nice but I was inconvenienced at this location because their card machine didn’t work so I had To leave for cabs , then when i came back they made me wait line
This used to be a store with a pleasant and helpful manager. There is a new female store manager during the day and she is about as non personable as it gets. I will likely stop using this spot and go to ups up the street due to her. This morning she asked me if my items were packed well enough to take a hard fall off her counter. I said likely yes but I would hope you treat my items more carefully than that. Her response was who knows what may happen on conveyor belts and with our drivers. Leave your items here if you wish them to be stolen and wanted to get treated with contempt!!!. This depot took possession of my 1500 dollar projector and promptly lost it and offered zero assistance
