Every time I come, the workers are helpful, clear, and efficient. Special thanks to DeeJay today for making explaining everything today, as an example. The workers should get a raise, cuz I'm naturally distrustful of corporations - especially one that's screwed me over before like FedEx . So the rating is for this store and the employees who make it run!
When handing over an item for shipping (and an expensive item at times) - which is typical while using FedEx… why do they look at you like you’re crazy at this specific location when you’re asking for it to be sealed up prior to you leaving the store? You shouldn’t have to stand there and request for them to finish boxing up and sealing the box before you leave.
I have an account at FedEx a commercial account. These people are the absolute worst people to deal with. Do not look for a way to solve problems. Only look for a way to not do their job. Horrible, horrible horrible.
