I have an account at FedEx a commercial account. These people are the absolute worst people to deal with. Do not look for a way to solve problems. Only look for a way to not do their job. Horrible, horrible horrible.

Went to print something.. guy behind the counter barely explained how to use the machine.. figured it out.. after 10 minutes of waiting for a code he says, service doesn’t work in here try our WiFi.. I’m good bro would have been nice to know that initially but whatever. Terrible service
