the staff is very rude and extremely expensive to print. they wanted $1400 for 20 sheets of architectural plans. i pay $60 anywhere else.

I rarely leave reviews but I feel I have to leave this one. I have seen this young man juggle customers, phone calls, and getting the job done in a calm efficient and friendly manner. The amount of patience and focus it takes to do this is very impressive. I believe this location is blessed to have Alexander G. Praise God.
Rushed here from work because I needed to ship something out. I got here 5 minutes before closing. I needed them to print a label for me but I was told the registers are closed for the day. When I expressed how I felt I didnt even get a courtesy "sorry". Guy was just standing behind the register playing with his hair.
I honestly don’t know how this place has 3 stars this is the most un functional store i’ve been of the FedEx brand The line is crazy and the workers slow as a turtle make sure to come with lunch and supper bc it could take so long..
