I had an outstanding experience at this FedEx location, and I want to recognize Travis for going above and beyond. I came in with a vision for a project that is very important to me and needed it printed as a large presentation poster. Travis took his time to make sure every detail was perfect. He carefully adjusted the sizing, made precise cuts, ensured everything looked professional, and even made sure the poster tube was fitted correctly. We were stressed when we arrived. They told to get the mail out for tomorrow morning delivery we have just a few minutes. Our document from the USB did not work with self-printing. The associates in the store rocked it. One was printing our documents for us, they did not even ask us to pay for printing. I had to still fill out the printed form.
