Travis and Delano made our entire experience here great. They were extremely helpful, patient, and kind. It was truly a pleasure working with them, they helped us get booklets we needed for our business done very quickly. Thank you to both of them.
Stopped in today to return a computer to a former employer. Travis was extremely kind and helpful. He was even willing to hop on the phone with the employer to ensure that they received the equipment. I would go out of my way to come to this location specifically because of Travis and his customer service. Will always return here for any shipping and printing needs!
Outstanding customer service! I was in the location this past Saturday. The young lady Tiffany behind the counter was working alone. Store was full with customers and she was taking care of everyone with speed, efficiency and multitasking - all the while with great smile and want to help attitude. She's great for your team. Keep your eye on her, she's a good one!!!
The assistance manager was really helpful. I had trouble with the printer to print out my label and he helped me sent it to the store email and print it out for me. I think his name was Travis. Great service!
