A little disorganized. Regardless what your in there for, the posted signs don't mean anything... There's only ONE line! People skills can be greatly improved! Understaffed!!! People wanted to just drop off a package, but get a receipt and they had to get on line for that! Getting a receipt seems to be Ann issue!!! People on line weren't happy to see just one line!
This office that I was at the clerk behind the counter was very rude. Her name is Ayat. I needed help printing off pdf files off my mobile device and she was very rude about showing me how to go about this. I did not know I needed to wait for a email confirmation # so I could proceed to get these files printed? She waited on 3 customers before she even asked me if I received my confirmation #. Needless to say I did all of my printing on my own. For now on I will # 1 use the Post Office and # 2 I will use UPS. By the service ... read more
RecommendedObviously we sometimes need to go there but if you’re in a hurry or need to use the restroom then you may want to plan otherwise. It took about 15 min total just to process an $12 FedEx letter. While we waited my 3yr old needed to go potty, so instead of waiting til we got home we decided to go there.
