Sometimes something so incredibly simple can have a crazy big impact. I just left the location a short while ago and needed to do a quick shout out before I forget. I wish I had made note of the name of the person that helped me. I was just dropping off a pre-labeled package, a simple in and out exercise that required little interaction. Highly Recommended! We needed some posters printed for a big event for my office and Thai'rek was amazing! I called him multiple times, and he was patient, kind and understanding of all my questions & concerns. I have nothing but good things to say about Thai'rek and this location! Our business will be using them for all of our printing needs!
Just awful I went inside watched the manager sit down. Never asked if anyone needed help. They saw I was stressed trying to print a few papers out before 7 pm. Maria looks at me and says sorry it’s 7pm I can’t print anything out you’re going to have to come back tomorrow. I went in the store mind you at 6:40 pm. The lack of not caring was overwhelming. I’ve used this place for years it’s always quick and easy. I don’t know what happened today. Make changes.
The staff here saved my life!! I accidentally left a check here and he came running out into traffic to bring it back to me. Wow. Hero shit. He also made sure my hair looked great for my passport photo. 10/10
