I came in today to ship a few items back to a company that had previously mailed them to me. Marie assisted me, and unfortunately the experience was unpleasant. Her attitude did not feel friendly or welcoming. I believe customer-facing representatives should be approachable, positive, and focused on helping—not making a simple transaction more difficult than necessary. I always have a great experience at this FedEx location in Altamonte. The staff here are consistently helpful, pleasant, and easy to work with. They go out of their way to make sure everything is done right, and they’ve been extremely reliable with all of my printing needs. Highly recommend!

I had the air bill filled out completely and attached to the Fed X envelope. The clerk for some odd reason somehow entered the information incorrectly as the package was sent back to me and not the recipient. Very unhappy.

Sometimes something so incredibly simple can have a crazy big impact. I just left the location a short while ago and needed to do a quick shout out before I forget. I wish I had made note of the name of the person that helped me. I was just dropping off a pre-labeled package, a simple in and out exercise that required little interaction.
