Really rude employees up front. One employee had no idea what I was asking and had to ask someone else to help. The other employee approached and barely looked at me, When I started asking a simple question, was given a snarky response before I was even able to complete my question. She kept attempting to respond to a question that wasn’t even what I was asking. I visited the FedEx office recently and was blown away by the exceptional service from a gentleman named Orlando. He was incredibly professional, respectful, and efficient. In less than four minutes, he handled my package with care, answered all my questions, and even managed to brighten the experience with his sense of humor. The entire visit took under 11 minutes! If you need to handle any FedEx shipments or packages, I highly recommend this location.
