Was extorted into paying for double boxing. Store associate insisted box quality was inefficient and required FedEx branded box instead of third party box. Box was with a prepaid return label... Mishandling of packages/damaging packages and then blaming box quality is poor business. Will be avoiding or requesting different return shipping vendor when ever available.

I went yestarday morning the lady at the register was such in a bad mood. I can’t beleive how Can she works for customer service with that bad actitud.
