I was assisted today by employee Chris. Chris was attentive, displayed a pleasant demeanor, and also provided a speedy service. Highly recommend. I think they should just get rid of this location for the following reasons: I went in because I wanted to reroute my package to this location since the building that they are delivering to is vacant. The store is empty, but the guy keeps telling me he is helping someone. Like ok, no worries, I heard you the first time. Then, after i wait for my turn, I hand him the slip that was left on the door, and he tells me to go look it up online. My two-star rating is a reflection of my prior satisfactory experiences with other FedEx stores, which contrasts sharply with the unacceptable service I received today. The gentleman who assisted me was remarkably rude, unaccommodating, and unwilling to help me print a document. His behavior was further compounded when he joined another customer in ridiculing me, a situation I found deeply disturbing.
