I have followed the store manager, Richard, for years! From Store to Store from Clearwater to Tampa, Oldsmar, and back to Clearwater. Why do I do this? Why am I so loyal to this man? Because he gives the ultimate customer experience. From the day, I first walked into his store years ago and experienced a different level of service from all of his staff until today when I can call him up and place orders for printing and shipping it is a quality experience.
