Lady was rude
The staff here are the type that are looking for a problem. They inspect packages I’m dropping off for reasons to reject them. And it’s not to help, it’s to harass customers over stupid things and feel important. I’m only here rarely, and each time I regret it. Other FedEx Office locations have more customers and better customer service. Don’t bother if you can. You’ll understand why people avoid this place pretty quickly.
