This would be the last fed x store I would ever go to. I went there Thursday night and I have never been treated like a piece of .... Ever he was beyond rude and kicked me out of the store at 2 minutes before the store closed because he locks the door at 7 and I could go to UPS wow just wow I went to boca tanning still pissed and started talking about what happened to me and one of the customers agreed and said she had stop going there months ago for the same reason. Customer service people and try to be kind!

I came in this past weekend in a major time crunch with a lot of printing that needed to be done for a nonprofit event happening just a few hours later after our printer completely failed. I had just been turned away from Staples with no willingness to help, so I walked in feeling pretty stressed. Gavin immediately stepped in and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient.
