Gavin was super helpful and fast ok printing the documents I needed. Fedex needs more people like him.
Rodney the manager is awful. Wants to charge more than the item is worth to “pack” the item. Refuses to give a single price of tape to close box because “corporate” told him he’s not allowed. When you hire uneducated people, they can’t see the forest from the trees and destroy decades of customer loyalty. Never using this store or FedEx again, all thanks to Rodney the Manager who thinks he can steal from loyal FedEx customers. Very foolish.

Apparently this location randomly closes, despite it's posted operating hours. This is massive BS.
Rip off ! They wanted to repack the shipment because I had a diffent item inside
