Just want to specially point out that James, a stellar FedEx professional - just assisted me in packing up and shipping out a very rare and fragile PC case, and did an amazing job. I've never seen anyone use a 3M tint/wrap application tool to smooth out the tape on a box, but I notice professionalism when I encounter it, which is far too rare in today's world. I've been Waiting 2 Days past the delivery Date because I have to sign for it, Because Someone doesn't know how to knock on the Door. Tried a Couple Times to Have it held at this Location FedEx 11325 University Blvd about a mile away from my house and it's Still being Delivered Here at Home Unbelievable
Same problem. This lady refused to help me as well. Incredible.
