I been to this location so many times, never had a single issue always fast and smooth, James is very good at what he does, Thoe the store could be full of costumers, James makes it go fast attending cx very fast and solving every need and questions with ease and speed. The worst service of any FedEx office I’ve ever used. The manager Ethan sits on his ass while his one employee tries to handle everyone else. They refused to allow me to watch them pack the vintage guitar I brought. Then barely “allowed” me to take my guitar box with me, which I paid for and then refused to refund the packing portion of the $30. THE WORST FEDEX IN ORLANDO!
Short African American girl there just does not know what she's doing. The other employees were great but she would not let them help or listen to their suggestions. On the first visit she told me I had to buy to large boxes even though my item fit in one just barely ($25 a box). Second time to get the right box after finding out on their website that they had a slightly larger box for just $15 but she refused to pack it because it was a specialty item (the other employees wanted to help pack it).
