Diane was great!!! I needed to print a PDF file, and she helped me get it done exactly the way I needed. This will definitely be my go-to FedEx store.
I’m leaving this review because I honestly don’t understand how FedEx thinks this level of customer service is acceptable. When I went into the store, the staff made no real effort to help me. Instead of trying to work with me or even explain alternatives, I was brushed off and told there was “nothing they could do.” That can’t be right — someone in your company has the ability to hold or redirect a package.
