Swanee has no place in customer service. Rude and annoyed to even be at work. Didn’t acknowledge me with a single word as I walked to the counter and said “excuse me.” Just continued what she was doing, finished up, turned around , sized me up and down and said “can I help you?” Will never be back here
Great job Fedx on Sadler Rd, Amelia Island!! I had a complicated package to drop off, another couple were ahead of me returning something that had to be packaged. Shay helped them with everything, so nice and helpful. When it was my turn Shay helped me as well! She is a a gem!!!!

I live an hour and a half away—this FedEx is open till 6 so I decided to make a drive maybe hit Target and Publix too. I pulled up at 3 to see the employee locking up. So. I guess I’m stuck with $200 return because only had seven days to return it. Cool cool cool. Super fluffing cool. Thanks for sucking FedEx
Excellent service from Manager Shay...I'm 69 and computer/phone illerite...I desperately needed documents printed and library our of order 2 days....she did it all and saved me...thank you again
