Absolutely horrible service .. lady was having a bad day 8/12/25 @ 10am … she insisted I spend money I didn’t have to o ship a return with a prepaid label I already had in Hand … rude and extremely sarcastic—- completely unnecessary …
Worst costumer service , the lady (shawnee) was Super rude
I needed to ship a title and stopped into the FedEx Office to drop off my package. It was pretty busy and I only saw one person behind the counter. Her name was Shay. She was the kindest, most helpful person I’ve encountered at a store of any kind in years. She had a great attitude. She was moving like she had true purpose and she went above and beyond to just be helpful and handle the entire store full of customers with professional courtesy.
