I needed to ship a title and stopped into the FedEx Office to drop off my package. It was pretty busy and I only saw one person behind the counter. Her name was Shay. She was the kindest, most helpful person I’ve encountered at a store of any kind in years. She had a great attitude. She was moving like she had true purpose and she went above and beyond to just be helpful and handle the entire store full of customers with professional courtesy. Shay and Steven were absolutely amazing! Our grandfather passed and we went to get a poster for the funeral service. The customer service and care shown made a hard time a bit easier. We can’t thank them enough!
This place is such a joke! Every time I have ever had to use this location I have to the rewrap or not the right size!! It is always something and they are either aloof or rude!! FedEx never again!
