So my Christmas package did not arrive… Great just freaking awesome… And they promised it would be there on time. This is the second package. I’ve sent from this location that didn’t get there when it was supposed to.!!!! I can’t tell if they’re not paying attention or they’re just extremely disorganized.

Today I stopped by around 10AM EST and was completely ignored/unacknowledged by "Melisa" who was attending a customer before me. Even when someone new walked in, she still chose to ignore me and greet them instead -- all while some guy that worked with her was too busy texting on his phone with his back turned to the door to notice a line forming. I normally don't have an issue with this store. Went to drop something off today and someone had pasted a note to the inside of the door. I waited until 4:30 and still no one was available. One of the other 5 people waiting said they had come and hour earlier and still couldn't drop off their package. Now I have to call it a favor with friends and hopefully get my package picked up on Monday morning. Thanks FedEx.
