Today I stopped by around 10AM EST and was completely ignored/unacknowledged by "Melisa" who was attending a customer before me. Even when someone new walked in, she still chose to ignore me and greet them instead -- all while some guy that worked with her was too busy texting on his phone with his back turned to the door to notice a line forming. I normally don't have an issue with this store. Went to drop something off today and someone had pasted a note to the inside of the door. I waited until 4:30 and still no one was available. One of the other 5 people waiting said they had come and hour earlier and still couldn't drop off their package. Now I have to call it a favor with friends and hopefully get my package picked up on Monday morning. Thanks FedEx.
