The employees here are worthless LIARS. I need to ship a lawnmower back to the manufacturer for repair. I have the prepaid Fedex shipping label. The black male employee said right when I rolled it it that they would not take it. I must drive over 20 miles one way to the fedex main warehouse. FedEx's website says they will take it at this location. When I called, I was told this location would take it. Vinee runs a awesome store there. Never ever have I had to turn away . She is so knowledgeable about all the machines. All my projects are awesome. Great Job
Dropped a sealed package off to be shipped. Between this store and the arrival destination, the package was cut open and a product was removed from the package. Filed a claim and it was deleted and was told to submit a claim. Resubmited the claim and it was denied. Fed ex are crooksb. Definitely taking my business back to UPS as I should have from the beginning.
