I saw the FedEx truck stop at my home but lazy driver wouldn't get out and deliver my package. Instead he changes delivery time to later in day then doesn't deliver at all and today is 4th of July so have to wait two motr days before I get package. Horrible
If you are a person that wants to protect information getting out like all of your personal details, they will scan Driving License just for shipping quote when you don't have account with Fed Ex. Totally ridiculous. Went to UPS they did not need, the same with the USPS, not needed. Told company policy, not assistants fault. Anyway price to UK London for 5 x 8 x 4 Fed Ex $192 UPS $185 both 6 days, USPS $49.90 8 days

The guy at the counter who helped us was phenomenal! Sorry I forgot his name. We were nervous about shipping duffel bags but the cost to ship and how easy he handled the experience we were like, “we are never driving with luggage again”. We nomad so our next move in 3 mths we will be sending ALL our bags FedEx. Seamless to send; seamless delivery; efficient and affordable. What more could u ask for. This was the easiest part of our trip.
