I had a great experience here today. I came in for print services and the staff was extremely helpful, patient, and explained prices and options clearly. They made the process easy and efficient. Not sure why the rating is low — my experience was very positive. I really appreciate the good customer service. Thank you!

Great service
The place had a guy, Julian with his back to the line and I tried to catch his attention to help the line. He ignored me so I had to get to his line of sight for him to acknowledge and he said he'd help but he didnt. When theres a line of customers, that should be the priority. If a staff member needs to use the bathroom, that third guy should help with the walk-ins and not ignore the line. There should not be any computers not facing the counter.
