I go to this location on a regular basis. They are great. Previously, I was going to the other location before I knew this was here. I wasn’t sure I would get any better treatment than I did at the other location. However, the difference was night and day. I have a client who regularly sends print jobs to FedEx for me to pick up. They always have them ready and they remember me even when I haven’t been there for a few weeks.
I went to this FedEx location today, as I had to have a pre-paid shipping label from an email that I received. The young lady who assisted me was extremely helpful. We're very fortunate to have this FedEx store in the south Fort Myers area.
Ashley is a great Fed-Ex customer service person. She always goes the extra mile when I need help.
Amazing experience today at this FedEx office. I needed a rush delivery to Fort Meyers before flying out. I selected FedEx overnight and the plan was to pickup the package on my way to the airport. I arrived at the location early and as soon as 9 am hit, Dawn opened the door with a smile and welcomed me in. My package was promised by 9:30, so she invited me to wait in the back for expedited deliveries driver.
