Have improved tremendously! Erika is extremely helpful and kind, very savvy and efficient!! Just got another outstanding service from this FeDex office, Layla helped us packaging air conditioning filters and a fan for our son to build a strong air filter at his home in Pasadena after the fires. Layla took great care to protect the content and precisely fit the package. Awesome! Kudos for Layla!!
I was met with an attitude & an explanation of how COSTLY and Expensive it is to ship my package. The package was (1) child's stylus and (1) amazon children's tablet. Its gonna be cheaper for to fly myself out to G. Cayamn. Nevertheless, avoid this place as customer's before me and one right after were all given the same story.
