This location is the worst and most incompetent. They argue with you all the time. I use FedEx multiple times a month around the country to print the same large format prints on the oversized printer and I was trying to get these printed ahead of time today and was quoted an insane price. I tried to explain how I normally get them printed, file size and color format and what I normally pay and I was told I was wrong even though I just had these printed last week while traveling. Worst online ordering system. The Canva platform through the FedEx website is so glitchy. It wouldn’t allow me to edit an item that was saved in my cart. FedEx customer service were not helpful and couldn’t resolve the issue. What a waste of time! Would not recommend.
Extremely lazy people here… no one is busy and they made me scan the package my self to get the receipt my self. I did they’re work
Terrible customer service this location is full of moody women that refuse to help. Layla needs to find another job she is the worst customer service rep walked away and rude
