Right when I’m walking up . Josh open the door and greeted me he helped with an envelope so I can drop the documents and hand me a shipping receipt. Very efficient & impeccable service. Every time I come , Josh makes it so easy to get everything I need done. Thank you so much for great customer service.
I’m leaving this review because this is the second time that Jenny the manager of this FedEx shipping location has tried to tell me I needed to buy a box to ship with them. She then uses the line. “The driver will reject the box. “ A perfectly good shipping box and she refuses to take the package unless I buy a box from her. Considering the items were shipped to me in this box via FedEx, she could not be more wrong. Avoid this scammer at all cost. I went to another Fedex location and they had no issue with it! @fedex

El 22 de Julio a las 5 pm me dirige a esta oficina tenía que enviar un documento al extranjero.. Fui atendida por una mujer muy poco amable pidiéndome el código de área de la ciudad a donde enviaba el documento por más que mi hijo le explicó que en esa ciudad no se manejan códigos de área no tuvo la amabilidad de ayudarnos en su sistema que manejan cómo lo podríamos enviar.!! Que falta de amabilidad y cortesía de esta señora no está quedando mal ella está haciendo quedar muy mal a FedEx nunca volveré y no lo recomiendo en ab... read more
