I feel like this is super random to review a FedEx store. But customer service (in general) has completely gone downhill over the last decade or so and I was just blown away with how sweet the store manager was as well as the gentleman working alongside her. Donna Sweeney was her name and I just wanna give them a five star review because they deserve it! They were kind helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you both!
I will not be working with FedEx again for some time if ever. These people refused to pay out the insurance I placed on my package that I paid for, this wouldnt be an issue if they didn destroy my package in shipping then have the balls to claim "its doesnt fall under coverage". Don't give these people business, they dont deserve it.
Worst experience I have ever had at a Fedex Office save yourself some time and go Office Max. 30 minutes sitting with no help! Greeted plenty of customers after I came in, ignored me! Schedule a couple of hours if you want anything printed here.
The ARU doesn't transfer to a representative and hangs up.
