Worst experience I have ever had at a Fedex Office save yourself some time and go Office Max. 30 minutes sitting with no help! Greeted plenty of customers after I came in, ignored me! Schedule a couple of hours if you want anything printed here.
The ARU doesn't transfer to a representative and hangs up.
These are the rudest, most unhappy employees I have ever seen and its every single time I have been there. I will never go here again and will find a UPS location instead.
