Due to the recent bad winter weather across the country, my company's banner for a tradeshow in Destin did not arrive in time. At the last minute, FedEx was able to print a new banner for us and get it to the hotel in time for the show. They were responsive and helpful and they saved the show for us. Special recognition to Michelle for going above and beyond. Thank you!
I want to personally thank Jeremy for knowing his business and what Fedex have to offer. Short version, I have been to UPS and USPS about business accounts and what they have to offer. No information was given because nobody knew anything. But Jeremy told me what to do to get better rates for my customers and how to do it. This place is awesome. I’ve had several print jobs needed at last minute and Michelle and Jeff worked with me to get my prints fast even though it was obvious they were swamped with customers. You can trust this team to get it right!!
Since I walked in, the new lady was extremely welcoming and helped me so much. She was super friendly and explained everything in a very easy-to-understand way, and she was more than happy to help. I’ve been a local for 10 years, and this was my top No.1, most satisfying experience at this Destin location. Highly recommend!
