Michelle, Jeff and Jeremy where super helpful, kind supportive an eager to help when above and beyond, and is like this with all the customers as I remain there watching them and interact, I would recommend anyone and everyone to come to this FedEx office
My experience at this location was unacceptable. The bald manager, or owner, was disrespectful and condescending. I would strongly suggest going to the UPS down the street, where customer service is far more professional.
Due to the recent bad winter weather across the country, my company's banner for a tradeshow in Destin did not arrive in time. At the last minute, FedEx was able to print a new banner for us and get it to the hotel in time for the show. They were responsive and helpful and they saved the show for us. Special recognition to Michelle for going above and beyond. Thank you!
I want to personally thank Jeremy for knowing his business and what Fedex have to offer. Short version, I have been to UPS and USPS about business accounts and what they have to offer. No information was given because nobody knew anything. But Jeremy told me what to do to get better rates for my customers and how to do it.
