I had a very disappointing experience today, July 10, 2026, at approximately 1:37 PM. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude, condescending, and seemed unwilling to help. When I asked a simple question, he responded as if I was supposed to already know the answer instead of taking a moment to explain it. Customer service is about helping customers, especially when they have questions. Instead, I felt dismissed and treated with disrespect. The manager Diamand and Ryan were very helpful. I came to thr location to print and they made the experience fast and eady. Thank you guys again.
Genuinely astonishing how rude the employee working was. I get it’s busy but seriously, do they know there are jobs where they don’t have to interact with the public they so clearly despise?
Do not go here. Service is terrible. I recommend any other store.
