I would give this FedEx location zero stars if that were an option. I visited this location near my college to return a package using a FedEx QR code. When I showed the employee my QR code, she asked, “Is this Amazon?” I explained that it was FedEx and pointed out that the QR code clearly said FedEx. I even asked, “This is a FedEx store, right?” I admit I may have sounded a little direct when I asked if she could read the code, but correcting a simple mistake should not turn into an argument. Staff here was very unhelpful and seemed unwilling to want to help. Went in for a return and because they couldn’t figure it out they said “well you can try another store”. The assistant manager was right there during the entire encounter and did nothing to lend a hand or try to solve the issue. I went to the closest one where staff and the manager were able to figure it out and I couldn’t thank them enough. Not all cases are straightforward and going the extra mile even a little bit goes a long way.

Very nice people, helpful and attentive. Normally, I make my own copies l, but today I received help from the staff & everything went well.

Staff has consistently been flippant and unprofessional when trying to navigate printing and shipping needs.

Bad enough that this location doesn't provide self service drop off, after waiting on line for ages just to do a drop off, the staff member made me wait while he packed up the previous customers packages. I walked out. I usually use the FedEx on First Ave and 70th and will never come back to the third ave branch. It's no wonder this site has 2.5 stars and the other has 4.
