Convenient location, good product, service, and price! – I had the greatest, smoothest experience. I suddenly panicked at 9:30 pm tonight to realize that I had no more copy paper, and I need to make 18 4-page copies for a class tomorrow morning. I called Kinko's on 72nd street and was politely helped by an associate. He told me that they did, indeed, have the paper. Incorrect, Inaccurate Information – Twice I've gone there, asked a clear question: Can the cost of the container be billed to the recipient's account? or Can I use my own envelope (after being urged to buy one). The answers turned out to be either inaccurate or incomplete causing me to make more than one trip to the place. The person at the front counter (twice) simply does not hear the questions asked apparently. This is beyond annoying.

Horrible,terrible,negative and just zero service – Staff are lazy.NO ONE IS THERE TO WORK.have attitude and ignorant about all that matters there. I'm shocked to how lazy and rude they are.All the staff should be fired..it's not my first time there...and each time i swear i'd never step foot in there...and end up feeling like an idiot whenever i think they might have actually changed.
The Wors Printer in the World – I have never encountered a more disfunctional place. The printers never work, the workers are all sub average with little or no IQ, and I have NEVER had a good result. Don't go. I will never again. It is not worth the negative energy.
Terrible – The few times I've been forced from necessity to go here, I've left feeling disgusted.
Incompetence rules – These people are idiots. I was put on hold and passed around for 15 minutes before anyone talked to me. After I emailed my documents to be printed and confirmed several times when they would be ready, there was no sign of my job when I went to pick it up. Surly and completely incompetent staff.
