The customer service there is lacking. There is a female with bangs with a nasty attitude. Do not expect customer service from this location. I would give it a zero if I could.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this FedEx location around 6:45 PM. As I was approaching the entrance, I noticed an employee struggling to exit with a cart full of boxes. I opened the exterior door to help, as there is no visible sign outside indicating that customers should not open the door under certain conditions. I am aware that Google photos shows a sign on the exterior door. However, at the time of my visit, that sign was no longer there and had been replaced with one that simply stated “PULL HARD.” The emplo... read more
There's 2 kinds of people there: · agressive but professional · very kind but non professional My work took so much time to be done (3 hours) that I had to go 2 days in a row and I could meet both kinds of people. Good luck for new customers!
Entrance is on 33rd street side - close to the corner with 5th Ave Nothing to love, nothing to hate. Works well enough for FedEx drop off returns
