If I could give this 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service experience. The lady had no idea how to ship an international package, was incredibly rude (made snarky comments to herself and was rolling her eyes and laughing at me asking her questions). I ended up going down the street where the process went seamlessly and the FedEx employee was polite and competent. Do not go to this one — what an embarrassment. The worker did not know how to do her job whatsoever.
I don’t understand why this place has bad reviews. I went there because it was close to my apt, and Jeff was really kind and explained everything in detail. If you need to send an important mail or package, go to this place and ask for Jeff!
If I could give it 0 stars I would. The customer service here is terrible. Especially as someone's first time dropping off a package.
Mia was so fantastic and worked with her boss to make sure that I got a very complicated document that could not be emailed. She got it scanned quickly and with a perfect demeanor, so kind so lovely so considerate and above also professional that she turned my hysteria into calm as I had several hours, which I had to get this completed into the IRS so I cannot thank FedEx enough for having such wonderful employees
The customer service you receive hers is terrible. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location . Their attitude here sucks and they have purposely damaged packages
