I created a flyer on Canva and ordered it to be printed at the FedEx that happens to be in my office's building. When I arrived, they showed it to me and they had printed my landscape design on portrait paper, two per page. I mentioned that this is not how the preview had shown it to me. I pulled up the image of how it looked in the preview. The staff went and checked on how it was printed and noticed it had been printed in error. They asked me to return an hour later. Sadell went above and beyond to help me quickly print engineering plans that I needed to to ship priority overnight after the printer at my office broke. Huge help and I very much appreciate the amazing and kind customer service.
This location is amazing. The staff is so dedicated. I felt so bad I witnessed a customer be so abusive to a staffer named Sadel and she was patient and professional. The employees should be better valued. He made her cry I felt terrible. Because they are all so great.
Go anywhere else! This is consistently the worst experience I have anywhere. I hate when I need help because I know I’ll be met with rudeness and have to go to another location to actually get any help. I’ve switched my company’s international business to DHL & am working hard to move the remainder of our business to UPS because of how astonishingly bad the employees at this location are. They must have stock in UPS because they could not be better at chasing away business if they tried
