Worst customer service stuff ever!!!never go this place anymore! !
The worst Fedex in the neighborhood, I though it was a one off, but the last few times, spent $800 on a print job and she charged me for a rush, which is fine but it wasn't ready in time. Today I went in to ship a box, and needed a strip of tape and that was out of the question. They are just a rude and not knowledgeable, I prefer the location on William, extremely kind and go out of their way. Will not be visiting this location in the future.
I came in with a client printing emergency and Alex A (Store Manager) JUMPED in. He handled the entire situation quickly and with grace. It was a pleasure to chat with him while he handled the emergency. I was in and out of there quickly.!
The staff here is minor helpful with a very arrogant attitude.
