John was very helpful and professional. I spoke to him on the phone and also visited the location. Great service!
It was clean, and the guy running the desk at the time was very helpful.
Package has been sitting for days and I’m in the same state. It honestly shouldn’t take more than 4 days to deliver a package when I’m like 3 hours away…at least that’s never been the case with other carriers…will be calling and complaining if no update again today.
Somebody's having a bad day. Obnoxious guy behind the counter. I listened to him on the phone and he was condescending to that person and then when I asked him for something I got the same type of response. Kind of like he was doing me a favor by taking my package. I don't understand the attitude that people have in the retail establishments anymore. No greeting, no thank you. Just attitude.
