I had a canva print order sent to this location and they were ready in just over an hour! When I stopped in to grab them, Michael was extremely personable and nice. :) The print quality was great as well.
Absolutely horrendous service!! I only use this location as it's the only one close to work/home and I dread it everytime I have to go in there. People are absolutely horrible. They have no interest in being there or helping you. They complain about their jobs to you and how much Fedex is terrible to work for. When I come into the Fedex I want to mail my package or pickup my package, I don't want to hear the employees complain about their jobs. The service is horribly slow! FedEx Center 1949 Victor NY - The team at this location are amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused! In December 2025 we sent a box of important historical documents to a university in Washington DC. Michael was the primary individual we interacted with prior to sending and on the day we sent. Absolutely terrible customer service I was trying to figure out what happened with my package. It say there was an attempted delivery but it wasn’t even in the right town where they attempted to deliver it. Was trying to explain this to the woman online she told me that it will be in transit to the correct address and she will sign me up for informed delivery. I had a package shipped to my house from Arizona. When it finally arrived in New York state it ended up at this location and instead of sending it to my house so it would arrive on time these inept people sent my package to Syracuse NY just before the Holiday weekend meaning I won’t get my package for another Two days! After reading other reviews I now see this isn’t a rare occurrence. This location should be closed and the employees terminated I wouldn’t trust them to work at McDonald’s let alone handling important packages... read more
