Absolutely terrible customer service I was trying to figure out what happened with my package. It say there was an attempted delivery but it wasn’t even in the right town where they attempted to deliver it. Was trying to explain this to the woman online she told me that it will be in transit to the correct address and she will sign me up for informed delivery. I had a package shipped to my house from Arizona. When it finally arrived in New York state it ended up at this location and instead of sending it to my house so it would arrive on time these inept people sent my package to Syracuse NY just before the Holiday weekend meaning I won’t get my package for another Two days! After reading other reviews I now see this isn’t a rare occurrence. This location should be closed and the employees terminated I wouldn’t trust them to work at McDonald’s let alone handling important packages... read more
I had 3 separate returns which I sort of fumbled. The fedex gentleman was extremely patient and worked though my fumbles. Unfortunately I did not take the gentleman’s name to give him the deserved props. One might presume that this is the level of service that this establishment offers.
Great Employees; fantastic service; Terrible place to locate. It’s hard to get in and out of such a cramped plaza ….
Shipped a package with a pre-printed label last week. Like a dummy I lost the tracking info. These guys took time out of their day to go through their many computer transactions to try and help me recover the tracking number. They didn't have to do that, but they went the extra mile. Even though we couldn't find the tracking number, they still did their best to assist. 10/10
