Cody & his staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I cant stress enough how much trauma I went thru trying to make a return & they made it so incredibly amazing & easy right when I was on the brink of tears dealing w this. I cannot recommend a place more that will especially make sure ur taken care of & stress free!!! PAY THESE PEOPLE MORE!!!!!
I had a canva print order sent to this location and they were ready in just over an hour! When I stopped in to grab them, Michael was extremely personable and nice. :) The print quality was great as well.
Absolutely horrendous service!! I only use this location as it's the only one close to work/home and I dread it everytime I have to go in there. People are absolutely horrible. They have no interest in being there or helping you. They complain about their jobs to you and how much Fedex is terrible to work for. When I come into the Fedex I want to mail my package or pickup my package, I don't want to hear the employees complain about their jobs. The service is horribly slow!
