THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE WORST SERVICE LIKE THIS BEFORE. Manager name, John is absolutely rude, unhelpful and incapable to provide decent customer service. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this place. Experinced @ Hard road, Webster, NY 09/11/12

Sub Par Customer Service When I go the this Fedex Kinkos, The customer service is very bad. There rarely is a smile or a greeting from the people that regularly work there. The straw that broke the camels back is that an overnight package was not delivered the next day.

Nice Job I went there one evening because I had to mail an iMac to texas. He was very friendly and took a long time to really do a good job of double boxing and packing the external box with paper etc. He also wrapped the iMac Wacom Board Accessories and everything individually. It was received in San Marcos in excellent condition. Not bad to send a $2500 dollar system halfway across the country, for about $80.00 and it was there in good time and in good working order. if you had bad luck, try again with them.

I was in the Webster, NY location on July 29th, 2008, and was waited on by Steve, the manager there. I designed and printed my own wedding invitations and needed them cut. He cut the stack, then he brought it back over to me, and each sheet was a different size. He cut them varying 1/8inch to a 1/4inch smaller than what I'd marked width-wise. He also cut them completely crooked so that the text was slanting up to the right. He told me that his machine was very "low-grade" and that is the kind of work I should have expected. ... read more
