Recently had an important print job I need like yesterday. John, Dave and Eileen worked together and had me on my way to an important meeting.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE WORST SERVICE LIKE THIS BEFORE. Manager name, John is absolutely rude, unhelpful and incapable to provide decent customer service. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this place. Experinced @ Hard road, Webster, NY 09/11/12
TERRIBLE customer service from manager, Steve – I was in the Webster, NY location on July 29th, 2008, and was waited on by Steve, the manager there. I designed and printed my own wedding invitations and needed them cut. He couldn't do my whole job while I waited but he said he could do a portion of it. He made my mark up my invitations with lines where I wanted them cut. He put my stack of paper in the cutting machine, and cut the stack. He brought it back over to me, and each sheet was a different size. He cut them varying ... read more
