Would not allow drop off of prepaid shipment in a shoebox. Said I had to purchase their packaging. I've shipped shoeboxes with FedEx too many times to count. Ridiculous.
We have been printing our business marketing material at this FedEx New Hyde Park. Great customer service. Tim, is patient, kind and most of all, meticulous!
Diana was fantastic! I called to explain that I had a huge rush order for an event, and I kept adding items to it. She was incredible at ensuring everything was ready and offered helpful ideas to meet my needs. I highly recommend asking for Diana at this location! She had everything prepared when I arrived, but then I realized I needed more items. Even though they were only an hour away from closing, she quickly got everything ready for me.
So I either leave a review if I’m very unhappy or very happy. Just needed to say I really love this location and the staff! Especially Diana! I feel like I work with them all I come here so much. lol! They’re always so nice, very helpful & Go the extra mile when needed as I usually come with about 80 boxes a day. They are extremely patient. I’d definitely recommend this FedEx. It’s always an upbeat happy environment and they quickly get me in and out the door! Thanx guys! 🫶
