In Saudi Arabia it's bad In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, FedEx is the worst shipping company. They delay delivery of shipments for more than three weeks or more. Customer service does not respond and hangs up on customers. If one of them responds to us, they put the status on silent for more than 20 minutes and then hangs up on us. If the situation continues like this in Saudi Arabia, your company will lose.

Pésimo servicio de Fedex me aplicaron una tarifa excesiva y a más de un año de que retire siguen reclamando el pago al proveedor totalmente sin sentido, algo que no tienen nada que ver, increíble!!! Una VERGÜENZA!!! Quedé mal con mi proveerdor por culpa de estos inoperantes Hay despensas de barrio que tienen mejor sistema y servicio al cliente, Fedex debería de cambiar de representante, DHL le hace 6- 0 tienen mucho que mejorar

The customer service experience I had when I walked in was so disheartening and caused me to not use their services and instead go to staples print center where I felt more welcomed and helped. I walked in to this fed ex office location on Sunday right after they opened a little after 12p there were 2 men working at the front register area and the place was empty. Awful experience. I personally handed an express mail with a prepaid label to a store member and they gave me the wrong tracking info. I did manage to find the correct tracking later and it turns out they never scanned it into the system. I have spoken to the store and corporate on multiple occasions and to this day no one knows where my mail is. What a complete joke. The staff is 100% incompetent and does not want to admit this was a huge error on their part.
