Whenever I go to the FedEx store in New Hyde Park, the workers are knowledgeable and informative. They provide information that’s needed at the time, depending on the task at hand.

I had a very good experience at this FedEx location. Tim, the kind person who helped me print my business cards, was extremely patient and helpful, despite it taking a couple of tries to get the formatting correct. I can’t thank him enough for the great service.
Went to return a package and said the guy name Dylan said that 'we can't take damaged boxes' when they've taken them continuously for the past 3 weeks. This box is barely damaged and they are the ones who delivered it like this. Now they want to charge me for a new box before they take it for a return, are you kidding me? Hypocrites and unprofessional! Will never go here again!
