charge the ridiculous additional fee
Convenient location. I went downstairs to get a package shipped. Very fast service. NOTE: they charge an additional "handling fee" based on the weight of the package.
The Hilton Chicago is terrible (all the employees are overworked, stretched thin and they provide extremely poor customer service). The FedEx room upstairs on the lobby floor is a traditional hotel business center (computers and printers). BUT THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THE FEDEX OFFICE IN THE LOWER LOBBY. THEY ARE WORTH 5 STARS. Staff was helpful but they charge a $10 fee, even for prepaid packages, that isn't noted on the website
