Panicked around midnight because I needed something printed before an 8am appointment and everywhere except this location wouldn't be open until after 8am. Immediately I sent this location my files via the online system and was quoted an 11am pick-up time. I called as soon as they opened asking if they could possibly expedite my order and was so relieved when they explained that they'd already printed my documents and they were ready for pick-up! If I could give this zero stars I would. I never choose FedEx but it's what the GD shoe store required to make a return. Ended up paying $17.95 to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit. I hate FedEx and always will. Their "handling fee" is such a scam. I wish this company bankruptcy and dissolution.
Do not attempt to drop off a package here they charge $10 just to take it from you and put it on the truck even if you have a prepaid label.
Charges extra to drop off pre-labled packages.
