I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at the FedEx Ship Center located inside the Hilton Chicago. I came in needing to print just one page, a list of confirmation numbers to check in 25 hotel rooms at the hotel where the FedEx is located. I tried to use the Print & Go feature, but it wasn't working from my email. I asked the front desk associate for help, and he told me it would be 1.5 hours before they could assist.
