Stopped into Fedex ‘ business center’ on Veteran’s to complete a few tasks. Kid starts vacuuming while I’m on my phone. Asks what time they close.... 9pm (it’s 6:35). Continues vacuuming. Struggling while using one of the machines and see another kid start to trot over.. nope! Instead grabs some snacks and yells over to vacuum kid about how expensive they are. Can’t even begin how much worse ‘ customer service ‘ will be like in a few years. 😩👿
I came in to print two copies of a two-page contract for a meeting using Print and Go from Email. My outgoing email containing the document for print was timestamped 12:19. At 12:39, my retrieval code email had still not arrived, and I left the center frustrated, canceled my meeting, and moved on to other business. Checking my email again, I see my retrieval code finally arrived, timestamped 12:55. On a previous visit, the staff attributed a smaller, but still egregious, delay to "slow WiFi."
