The store WIFI or wired internet is bad. I sent a document to be printed standing in the store. Took a very long time for me to receive email code to print. The staff said it is a known issue. The delivery truck backed into the front door to pickup his boxes. Doing this blocks 2 handicapped car spaces. Other than that the staff is very kind and went above and beyond to help me. I hope they can replace / move the wifi equipment or modem in the store.

I went in cause I had called and asked if they could accept my air conditioners back and they said of course and I asked I can walk in and put it on the counter and she said yes. I walked in and she asked does it have Freon I say yes I asked if I could give it to you and you said yes then they said it’s a dangerous material and I said your the person who shipped it

I walked in and the guy completely ignored me, said hello and nothing. Then with a smile greeted the next guest. I then finished what I was doing, proceeded to leave said goodbye bye with eye contact and still nothing… welp.

Not welcoming, customer service was not a happy environment, system problems to return package, however, manager stepped in to follow through. Also, the office was small and cluttered. The rating is because of the managers interaction. I think it was the manager because he was the employees go to person to resolve the issue with the system problem.
