Not welcoming, customer service was not a happy environment, system problems to return package, however, manager stepped in to follow through. Also, the office was small and cluttered. The rating is because of the managers interaction. I think it was the manager because he was the employees go to person to resolve the issue with the system problem.
The staff were very helpful
Waiting on very important and expensive delivery. Was in front room of house the entire day waiting. No doorbell rang, no knock, no doortag placed, yet it says "delivery exception, customer not available". Not available my ass, you sent someone out and then the person decided to not do its job and just drive home? And theres nobody to reach for customer service either, just an ungodly annoying robot "assistant" that wants to argue with you and repeat its same lines instead of transfer to a real person.
Driver has been taking all day , I called off work to have new tires shipped and to have them put on but the driver seems slower than a snail racing across the town to deliver a package
Jen was amazing helping me with my Christmas card order. She went above and beyond to assist. Fantastic Customer Service!
