Friendly & helpful staff 5 star service
The customer service at this Mokena location is just awful. The overall mood behind the counter is always tense. The employees are not helpful or friendly, they act like they are doing us (the customer) a favor. I took my shipping business to UPS in Frankfort a couple of years ago, and theyare polite and efficient. Unfortunately I haven't found anyone else to be able do our business printing/drawings. Stopped in at the FedEx in Mokena today around 9 AM to return a pair of pants and had a great experience. The young woman working (blonde hair) was extremely helpful and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job — which is something you don’t always see anymore. I was having issues with my QR code and didn’t even have the item packaged, but she took the time to help me get everything sorted, packed properly, and shipped out without making me feel rushed or like it was a hassle.
