Very helpful staff!!
FedEx has the worst customer service in the business. They DAMAGE PACKAGES ON PURPOSE and then refuse to reimburse for the damages. Only use FedEx if you hate your customers.

I have used their printing services again, and I am very satisfied. The staff is very friendly, and the turnaround time is fast. Highly recommended!
I visited this location for assistance with a routine task that has been handled efficiently at other FedEx stores many times. Unfortunately, the service I received here did not meet that standard. The employee was unable to assist but did not clearly state this. Instead, I was given a lengthy and condescending explanation rather than a solution. A simple acknowledgment or referral to another team member would have been appreciated.
