The assistant manager Michelle is incredibly nice and professional. My print order wasn’t due until noon the next day but I was heading out of town for a conference. She got it done before closing same day and did me a huge favor.
staff are rude and awful to customers. never coming here again.

FYI: DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR PASSPORT SERVICES!!!!!!!! They use a 3rd party site for passport services which is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!! TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THEY DO NOT INFORM YOU THAT IT IS A 3RD PARTY SITE!!!!! THEY TOOK OUR VERY SENSITIVE INFORMATION AND PAYMENT ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE SITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
