Go to a different FedEx location this one has unprofessional, rude and incompetent employees that don't know how to do their jobs. Better yet use the Post Office, their rates are half the price for the same services. I've had multiple bad experiences from several different employees at this location, but it's close to my office so I put up with it. No more, I'm done with this location.
Kelly was amazing, his customer service and knowledge was great. It’s definitely a pleasure to walk into a business and be greeted with a smile.
Woman at front desk was extremely rude Not helpful at all. Refused to give her name I called my daughter in law for help and she was talking over me while I was attempting to speak to my daughter in law
Horrible. The woman manager is so rude and lazy.
