Drove 30 minutes Got there at 12:23pm and they where closed don’t bother going if you don’t know if it’s open or closed
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. This FedEx location is consistently disappointing. Every visit seems to come with a new issue, and the staff always appear unhappy and irritated with customers. I had a Wayfair return that FedEx was supposed to pick up. They picked it up — and then dropped it back at my doorstep for no reason. When I contacted Wayfair, they asked me to drop it off at any FedEx location. This store is not customer friendly. Makes me want to ship with ups.
I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She showed no interest in helping customers and made the whole process uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the service quality
I have had a ton of paperwork to do after the passing of a loved one, and everyone at this location has been nothing but friendly and helpful!
