Woman at front desk was extremely rude Not helpful at all. Refused to give her name I called my daughter in law for help and she was talking over me while I was attempting to speak to my daughter in law
Horrible. The woman manager is so rude and lazy.
Walking into this FedEx is like stepping into a customer service black hole. The attitude from the first employee you see makes it clear you’re an inconvenience, and I don’t need to get attitude from the person supposed to help me. Staff move slowly, seem uninterested, and the unwelcoming atmosphere makes you want to leave before you even ship anything.
