Staff are professional and very friendly! this site is also not busy so low waiting time.
Posted store hours show they open at 8:00 AM. I'm standing here at 8:37 AM and the door is locked and the lights are out. VERY unprofessional
Don't waste your time or money with their passport services. Employees didn't know the process and I ended up having to go back to the store 3 times. Then the service is a scam. I spent an extra $400 to get my passport guaranteed in time for my trip. Now they are saying it "should" come the day before I fly. That's way too close to trust so my whole trip is now cancelled. I'm out $400 and still don't have a passport or anything.
I went in-person to process a custom print order and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable to work with. My order was printed quickly and at an affordable price.
