Don't waste your time or money with their passport services. Employees didn't know the process and I ended up having to go back to the store 3 times. Then the service is a scam. I spent an extra $400 to get my passport guaranteed in time for my trip. Now they are saying it "should" come the day before I fly. That's way too close to trust so my whole trip is now cancelled. I'm out $400 and still don't have a passport or anything.
I went in-person to process a custom print order and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable to work with. My order was printed quickly and at an affordable price.

This review is a reflection of this store's answering service, not their employees -- I'm sure their employees are wonderful. What's not wonderful is going around in circles with the automated voice service to get me connected to a real person, just for it to tell me after 10 minutes that it won't be connecting me to anyone. Please fix your phones :(
