Juke is the saving grace for this store. Get him coworkers who are properly trained and/or have pride in their work. I personally experienced and witnessed woeful attempts by his coworker to “help” customers. Juke ended up doing all of the work, not only to complete customer order, but also restore customer relations, and was patient and professional in every instance.
Personnel answering calls is unprofessional!
Poor customer service. After spending $35.00 of my hard earned money to send a package a thank you would have been appropriate. Poor job Fedex. I will never go here again.
Poor Attitude and Lack of Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience today. The FedEx employee I interacted with displayed a complete lack of professionalism—no greeting, no courtesy, and a rude attitude when I asked a simple question about shipping options. The behavior was disrespectful and unacceptable. This kind of service is not what I expect from FedEx.
